浅谈案例教学法在《饭店前厅与客房管理》中的应用

摘　　要：案例教学法是一种中西合璧的教学方法,为美国哈佛大学工商管理学院首创,后为我国高校广泛运用。笔者基于近几年在旅游专业中的《饭店前厅与客房管理》科目教学的实践,对案例教学法颇有体会,并从具体应用中总结了一些经验教训,为案例教学在理论结合实践方面做了一番有益的探索。Case study method is a teaching methodology combining eastern and western education ways, which was firstly introduced in Harvard Business School and applied comprehensively by universities in China later on. Based on years of teaching practice on the course Management of Hotel Lobby and Suites for tourism major, the author has a good command of case study method. This article summarizes some experience from the application of case study method in teaching and makes some helpful explore in the aspect of the combination of theory and practice.
