摘　　要：食品力学性能检测仪是对食品品质进行客观评价的一种仪器。该仪器的研制可以避免传统的食品品尝评价方法带来的主观因素的影响。文章对仪器的电路系统的设计与实现进行了研究,采取模块化设计思路,将整个电路系统分为二大模块,硬件系统模块和软件系统模块,并就具体的电路系统进行了设计,从而能实时采集到食物的拉力和压力,LED实时显示数据和实时上传到PC机做进一步的处理和保存。The foodstuff mechanical properties tester,a testing device for evaluating food quality objectively,can avoid being affected by personal factors in the traditional food tasting method.This article studies the design and realization of circuit system of this tester.According to the theory of module design,the whole circuit system is divided into hardware and software two modules. And the circuit system was designed,which can complete the task of pull and pressure signal acquisition,real-time data display on LED and data transmission to PC for further processing and saving.
