摘　　要：创新团队是一个有着一定内部治理结构的科学家群体,权力关系是探讨创新团队内部治理问题的一个可能的视角。通常情况下,创新团队内部存在学术权力、行政权力与象征性权力等三种不同性质的权力类型,每种权力都有自己的生成机制。所谓内部整合良好的团队是指这三种权力相互协调,形成与团队的目标相一致的作用方向,进而凝聚各团队成员。反之就是一支整合不良的团队。The innovative team is a scientists group which has an inner structure of governance.The relation between powers is a possible angle of view to discuss governance of innovative team.Usually in the innovative team there are academic power,administrative power and symbol power,and each power have especial generate process.When three powers can mutually coordinate,and form a action direction which is corresponded with goal of team,and then cohere member of team,the team would be good integration.Conversely the team is bad integration.
