摘　　要：我国产业集群发源地之一的浙江省,产业集群人才需求在层次、行业、区域和专业等四方面呈现明显特征。作为向以应用型大学发展的地方院校,特别是新建地方本科院校,要切实增强专业与地方的结合度,形成对接地方主导产业的专业布局,并提升专业内涵,强化专业特色,实现专业转型。As one of the birthplace of China's industrial clusters,the characteristics of demand for talents in Zhejiang Province presented obviously in the level,industry,region and profession.As local universities and colleges transiting to applied universities,especially the new local undergraduate universities and colleges,it is necessary to strengthen the combination degree of local and professional,form a professional layout docking dominated local industry,upgrade the professionals connotation,strengthen the professional characteristics,so as to achieve the professional transition.
