摘　　要：目的探讨超声对胆囊息肉、胆囊腺瘤、胆囊癌鉴别诊断价值。方法分析571例胆囊息肉、30例胆囊腺瘤、109例胆囊癌灰阶超声(BUS)与彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)的声像图特征。结果胆囊息肉、胆囊腺瘤、胆囊癌的大小、彩色血流分级、动脉血流峰值流速(Vmax)和阻力指数(RI)等均差异有显著意义,如以RI≤0.65作为诊断恶性病变的指标,较有特异性。结论BUS联合CDFI是鉴别胆囊息肉样病变的有效方法。Objective To evaluate the difference between gallbladder polys,gallbladder adenomas and gallbladder cancer by sonography.Methods The imaging features were analysed including 571 patients with gallbladder polys,30 with gallbladder adenomas,109 with gallbladder cancer.Results The lesion diameter,echogram,color signals,maximum velocity(Vmax) and the resistive index(RI) were difference between Polys,Adenomas and cancers of gallbladder.When RI withinlesions lower than 0.65 was adopted as diagnostic criteria of gallbladder cancer,the specificity of the ultra-sound in diagnosis of gallbladder cancer were respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler flow imaging was useful in the differential diagnosis of gallbladder polypoid lesions in combination with gray-scale sonography.
