摘　　要：信息化建设与发展为数字城市建设提供了机遇和挑战。从全球信息化发展趋势、我国信息化建设的战略目标、数字城市建设在国内外的迅速发展及其对城市信息化建设和城市可持续发展的重要性、城市信息化建设存在的差距等方面看,积极启动和推进数字城市建设的时机已基本成熟。与国际城市信息化发展水平相比,我国信息化建设水平还比较低,信息共享和系统集成化程度较差。SOA架构思想的出现为数字城市信息共享发布和集成架构设计提供了新的途径。Construction and development of information technology provided opportunities and challenges for building the digital city.Based on the development trends of global information technology,the strategic objectives of information construction in China,the development of digital city construction at home and abroad,which is important for the construction of city information and sustainable urban development,and the gaps existed in construction of the city's information,the chance for launching the digital city actively and its building which was basically ripe.Compared to the international cities,the level of urban construction and development for information was still relatively low and information sharing technology and system integration degree was poor in China.The emergence of SOA framework provided a new way for sharing digital city's information and integrating framework.
