奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗后牙根尖周炎217例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗后牙根尖周炎的临床效果。方法选择后牙根尖周炎患者217例,随机分为实验组和对照组。其中实验组109例,用奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填,对照组108例,用氧化锌剂加牙胶尖进行根管充填,并进行对照分析。结果1年后实验组成功率达95.4%,对照组成功率72.2%,两组间疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论奥硝唑碘仿氧化锌糊剂治疗后牙根尖周炎疗效明显优于氧化锌糊剂。Objective To evaluate clinical effect of paste of ornidazole, iodoform and zine oxide for treat- ment of periapical periodontitis. Methods 217 patients of periapical periodontitis were randomly divided into two groups. The test group, including 109 cases, were filled with paste of ornidazole, iodoform and zinc oxide; The control group, including 108 cases were filled with paste of zine oxide. Results 1 year later, the rate of success for test group is 95.4%, the control group 72.2%. There is statistically significant between the test group and the control group. Conclusion Paste of ornidazole, iodoform and zinc oxide for treatment of periapi- cal periodontits is better than paste of zinc oxide.
