摘 要:通过8根钢筋再生混凝土简支梁正截面性能的试验,分析了再生混凝土梁的正截面受力性能。试验结果表明:在其他条件相同时,钢筋再生混凝土梁的挠度和最大裂缝开展宽度大于普通钢筋混凝土梁的挠度和最大裂缝宽度,且其挠度和裂缝宽度随再生骨料替代率的增加有增大的趋势,《混凝土结构设计规范》(GB50010-2002)关于受弯构件的短期刚度和裂缝宽度计算方法已不适用于再生混凝土梁的挠度和裂缝宽度计算,需对再生混凝土的弹性模量和钢筋应变不均匀系数进行修正,文中给出了近似处理方法,具体计算方法有待进一步研究。In this paper,eight simply supported reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams have been loaded to failure.The test results indicated that the deflection and the maximum cracking width of reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams is bigger than that of ordinary reinforced concrete beams on the same conditions,and that the deflection and the maximum cracking width propagates with the replacement ratio of recycled coarse aggregate.The short-term stiffness and the maximum cracking width formulas suggested by present code for Design of Concrete Structures(GB 50010—2002) are not suitable for calculating the deflection and cracking width of reinforced recycled coarse aggregate concrete beams.The elastic modulus of recycled coarse aggregate concrete and the non-uniformly distributed strain coefficient of longitudinal tensile reinforcement shall be revised,and the reasonable calculating method should be researched.
