摘　　要：本文主要叙述了在二维振镜光扫描系统中的线性失真和枕形失真问题,对枕形失真的误差形成和实际补偿方法进行了理论分析,并且利用电子线路实现对枕形失真的校正。This article mainly introduces the pin-cushion distortion and linear distortion intwo dimensions galvanometer optical scanning system,and analyses engendering and practicallycompensating method about the pin cushion distortion error in terms of theory.We use the elec-tric circuit to achieve correcting pin-cushion distortion error.
