摘 要:为了解体育教师的人格特征,采用卡特尔16种人格因素心理洲验量表(16PF),对河南省中学和高校200名体育教师、80名非体育教师的人格特征进行调查,将体育教师的人格特征与成人常模进行比较、男女体育教师人格特征进行比较、体育教师与非体育教师的人格特征进行比较,结果显示:体育教师与其他成人和非体育教师性格特征均有明显差异,表现出六高三低,即高乐群性、高兴奋性、高敢为性、高自律性、较高稳定性、较高敏感性、低恃强性、低怀疑性、低世故性的特点。男女体育教师的人格特征差异不大。在学校的教学和管理中,有针对性地对体育教师进行心理素质的培养将有助于提高工作效率。To understand the state of PE teachers' personal characteristics of Henan Province,we adopted 16PF to investigate personal characteristics of 200 PE teachers and 80 teachers majoring in other fields in middle school and university of Henan province,compared PE teachers with adult sample-models,compared male PE teachers with female PE teachers,compared PE teachers with teachers majoring in other fields,results show us there are significant difference between PE teachers and adult sample -models and teachers majoring in other fields,it shows that it is high in six and low in three,i,e.high happy group,high brightness,high excitability,high self-containment,high stability,high sensitivety,lowstrongly-rely,lowususpect,low worldly- wise.There are not significant difference between male PE teachers and female PE teachers.The PE teachers' psychological diathese should be trained in administration and teaching of school.to be helpful to raise labor productivity.
