住院医师规范化培训放射科带教方式改革初探

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训是各医疗卫生单位培养新人的重要途径。本文就放射科实践带教部分作了初步探讨,提出了以问题为引导,以典型病例为中心的个性的、实践的教学方法。应用表明:该方法对提高学员学习兴趣,调动他们的学习积极性和主观能动性及保证教学质量起到了积极作用。Standardized training for resident doctors is a critical approach of medical and healthcare institutions to foster new recruits.The paper discuses the clinical teaching at radiology department and suggests a personalized and practical teaching approach- questions-oriented and typical cases-centered.The application of the approach has shown that it is positive in inspiring the interests,motivating enthusiasm and initiative of students as well as ensuring a good teaching quality.
