体育专业田径专修课短跑控制教学法探析

摘　　要：运用控制论和信息论相关理论,将田径专修课短跑教学按短跑技术结构和教学顺序设计教学程序,并按程序进行短跑全过程的分阶段控制性教学实验,实验结果表明,学生较好地掌握短跑技术、理论和教法,短跑成绩也有显著提高,尤其是学生实践教学能力有了较大幅度提高,实验取得良好的教学效果。It is a experimentation that divided the teaching of the sprint into several stages which reflect the skill structure and teaching gradation of the sprint traching according to the theory of the information theory cybernetics.The result of the experimentation shows that the students obtain the skill,theory and methds of the sprint teaching,the speed of the sprint is also faster than before,especially the practice of the teaching improved markedly.The experimentation got a good effect on teaching.
