Numerical Study on 3D Two-Phase Flow Field for Tail-Pipe Nozzle SRM Under High Acceleration

摘  要:利用Euler-Lagrange模型方程,对某长尾管发动机内的三维两相流动进行了数值模拟,分析了不同颗粒直径、不同过载组合、不同铝粉含量对发动机内颗粒的分布特征的影响。计算结果表明:气相流场和两相流场区别明显;随着颗粒直径的增加,颗粒聚集浓度增加,且颗粒的运动规律变化明显;过载的变化对发动机装药段颗粒分布特征影响明显,对长尾段影响小,横向过载对颗粒运动轨迹和聚集浓度影响显著,纵向过载影响小;随着含铝量的增加,颗粒聚集浓度增加。Numerical simulations of three-dimension two-phase flow tield of tail-pipe nozzle SRM were carried out using Euler-Lagrange model.Influences of different particle diameter,axial and lateral acceleration,percent of aluminum powder on particle distribution chara(?)cs were analyzed.The results show that the difference between gas flow field and two-phase flow field is cvident;with the accretion of particle diameter,the particle concentration increase,and the change of particle movement rule is obvious;the change of acceleration markedly influence particle distribution of grain segment,inconspicuously influence tail-pipe segment;lateral acceleration is more distinctly influenced particle trajectory and concentration than axial acceleration;with the augment of aluminum powder percent,the particle concen- tration rise.
