摘　　要：本文主要介绍了关于高等职业教育个性化教学模式的探索与研究以及一些实践经验,重点从三个方面总结了我们在实际的教学科研实践中的一些经验,并结合一些具体的措施和事例详细论述了个性化教学在教学实践中的重要性和必要性。This article mainly introduces our exploration on the teaching with the characteristic of individuation and some experience on this,and summarized our experience in this from three aspects.With some specific measure and expamples,the authous illustrate its importance and necessity in great deal.
