摘　　要：中国正日益成为世界制造业中心,对符合其职业能力要求的专业人才的需求日益增多。本文试图从现代制造业企业人才需求模式的分析出发,提出了"职业能力"的概念。分析目前高职大专学生的培养模式存在的缺陷,提出了以"职业能力"教育为中心,改革教学体系结构及相应的师资结构模式,引入职业指导师制度及ISO9001质量管理体系。China has become the center of the world manufacture day by day.The demand for professioals with the appropriate vocational ability is increasing.This article attempts to propose the concept of professional ability by analyzing requirement model of the modern qualified personnel in enterprises of manufacture.And then,by analyzing the shortcomings existing in vocational education,it puts forward that we should focus on the education of vocational ability,reform the education system ,establish a fitting faculty mode,and introduce an institution of occupation instructor and quality management system of ISO9001.
