论高职毕业生的就业现状及对策

摘　　要：本文从高职毕业生的就业状况实际,分析了高职毕业生就业中存在的各种问题。指出了高职教育与普通本科教育的差异,从提高高职学生就业质量出发,提出高职教育应该从教育理念、教学模式上与普通本科区别开来,。而不应该是普通本科教育的简缩化。同时论述了高职的就业指导教育应该是全方位、全过程的。Based on the employment situation of the graduates from higher vocational colleges, the article analyzes some problems of the employment of those graduates, expatiates the difference between higher vocational education and common undergraduate education. In light of improving the employment quality of the students from higher vocational colleges, the article also puts forward that higher vocational education should be different from common undergraduate education in terms of educational theory and educational mode, it should not be the simplification of common undergraduate education. The employment guide for higher vocational education should be omni-directional and trans-processed.
