摘　　要：本论文中利用液相寡肽合成方法合成出三种寡肽,将把合成出的寡肽与尿嘧啶核苷相连得到以下尿嘧啶苷的衍生物:BOC-Afg(ToS)Gly-O-2',3'-O-异丙基尿苷(Ⅰ)Boc-Arg(ToS)Ala-O-2',3'-O-异丙基尿苷(Ⅱ)Boo-Arg(ToS).Phe-O-2',3-O-异丙基尿昔(Ill)。结构经质谱,核磁共振氢谱确证。In this article synthesized five short-peptides in liquid-phase.Then link the short-peptides with uridine and synthesized three compounds:Boc-Arg(Tos)Gly-O-2',3'-O-aspropyluridine(Ⅰ)Boc-Arg(Tos)Ala-O-2',3'-O-aspropy- luridine(Ⅱ)Boc-Arg(Tos).phe-O-2',3'-O-aspropyluridine(Ⅲ).The srtuctures identified by1H-NMR and MS.
