简析影响艺术体操表现力的因素

摘　　要：用文献资料法和逻辑推理法对影响艺术体操表现力的因素进行了讨论与分析。结果表明:艺术体操专项身体素质、动作、音乐、运动员的个性特征、成套动作编排的艺术性与创造性是影响艺术体操表现力的主要因素。提出了合理化的建议:加强专项身体素质训练、提高动作规格,完善细节动作、提高艺术修养、提高编排的合理性。This paper discusses the factors influencing rhythmic gymnastics' expressive force by studying the literatures in the field and adopting logic organon.The result shows that the main factors influencing the expressive force of rhythmic gymnastics are the physical quality of rhythmic gymnastics,movement,music,character of athletes and the art and creativity of the whole sets of movement.The authors put forward some constructive suggestions:Strengthen the training of physical quality of rhythmic gymnastics,improve the movement standard,perfect detailed movements,raise artistic accomplishment and improve the rationality of the layout of the movement.
