摘　　要：结合烟台大学工作实践,介绍了教学各环节评价、专项教学评价、院系教学工作评价、学校教学工作评价等工作形成的高校内部的教学评价工作体系,介绍了校内教学评价工作实施的基础、关键与动力,并提出进一步工作的方向。In this article, the system of teaching assessment composed of the teaching link appraisal, the special teaching evaluation, the teaching job assessment of schools, the teaching assessment of the university and so on is introduced according to the Yantai University working practice. The teaching appraisal work implementation foundation, the key ,the driving force and the direction for further work are introduced too.
