摘　　要：经过十几年的发展,北京市的民办幼儿教育取得了很大的成就。民办园在特色建设方面进行了积极探索,取得了丰富的经验。但是由于种种原因,北京市民办园特色建设方面也存在一些问题。本文试图在总结北京市民办园特色建设的成就、分析存在问题的基础上,对北京市民办园特色建设提出一些对策。Great achievements have been made in private early childhood education in Beijing in the past decade. And in terms of specialty construction, the private kindergartens have also obtained rich experience. However, problems still exist in the specialty construction due to various reasons. This paper attempts to offer some suggestions to solve the problems based on a study of the experience and the analysis of the problems in this area.
