摘　　要：随着我国高等教育规模的不断扩大和高校人事制度改革的逐步深化,建立一支适应新世纪高校管理工作特点的一流人事管理干部队伍显得尤为重要。本文在全面分析高校人事管理干部队伍应具备的基本素质的基础上,提出了高校人事管理干部素质培养提高的对策思考。While the universities' scales are expanding and the universities' reformation in the personnel system is deepening in our country,it is very important to set up a first class team of personnel supervision cadres who are accommo- dated to the characteristics of the management for the new century universities.Based on the roundly analysis of the vital quality which the personnel supervision cadres in universities should possess,this paper studies and puts forward some mea- sures for the cultivation and enhancement of the totalities of personnel supervision cadres in universities.
