“暂缓不起诉”对高校学生管理工作的启示

摘　　要：近年来,在校大学生犯罪率呈上升趋势,一些检察机关抱着“惜才”的态度,将“暂缓不起诉”的适用对象由未成年人扩展至在校大学生。检察机关的这种司法“创新”给当前高校的学生管理工作带来了一些新的启示,本文试图从高校学生工作理念,依法治校、规范管理行为等方面提出一些看法以供商榷。'Reprieving unindiction' used to apply to young person,however,the criminal rate of undergraduate has been increasing in recent years,in order to provide better conditions and not to interrupt the university life of the undergraduates,the law authorities expand the scope of'Reprieving unindiction',now the undergraduates are involved in this scope.The judicial'innovation' carried out by the law authorities gives us some indication on students administration in colleges and universities.This article tries to put forward some suggestions for discussion on the following questions,principles to undergraduates administration,administrate colleges and universities according to the law,standardize administrative behavior,etc.
