摘　　要：按测试方法分类和时间为主线,阐述了高速瞬态信号测试技术的国内外发展历史和研究现状,对几种主流测试方法进行了分析和比较,指出高速瞬态信号测试的未来发展趋势和我们的应对措施.Based on the testing method and time,it is introduced the history in past years and research status of high-speed transient signal testing technique.After comparing and discussing,it is pointed out that the trend of highspeed transient signal testing and the measurement we should take to cope with this trend.
