摘  要:在3Y-TZP(tetragonal zirconia polycrystals with 3%Y2O3in mole)中,采用MAS(MgO-Al2O3-SiO2)玻璃粉料为添加剂,预成型后经200 MPa冷等静压,然后在1 250~1 500℃范围内烧结.通过测定试样的体积密度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性,以及利用XRD,SEM等测试方法研究了添加剂对材料烧结特性、力学性能及显微结构的影响.结果发现在3Y-TZP中加入一定量添加剂后,可以在较低烧结温度下制备出高性能的陶瓷材料.其中添加w为10%玻璃相的试样烧结后,强度在386~478 MPa,韧性在4.4~5.6 MPa.m1/2,满足作为牙科修复体材料的要求.3Y-TZP powders were mixed with certain glassy additives,uniaxially pressed,followed by cold isostatic pressing and afterwards sintered at 1?250~1?500?℃.Through tests of relative density,flexural strength and fracture toughness of the sintered compacts,and by the methods of XRD and SEM,the effects of additives on sintering character,mechanical properties and microstructure of 3Y-TZP were studied.3Y-TZP ceramic materials with superfine grains and high performances are obtained by adding certain glassy additives sintered at lower temperatures,and among them,the flexural strength of specimens adding 10% glassy additives is 386~478?MPa,and its toughness is 4.4~5.6?MPa·m^(1/2).Therefore it can meet the need of clinic applications of dental all-ceramic materials.
