摘　　要：文中介绍了在联邦滤波器系统级故障检测中的两种常用方法,即状态 X^2检验法和残差 X^2检验法。对两种方法的优缺点进行了详细分析,并在此基础上,提出了一种新的算法即组合式 X^2检验法。新方法综合了以上两种方法的优点,又弥补了他们的缺点,为 X^2检验法应用于联邦滤波器故障检测提供了一种崭新的思路。Two kinds of chi-square test,the state chi-square test and the residue chi-square test,are discussed and ana- lyzed in this paper.Base on which,a new method,the integrated chi-square test is presented subsequently,which pro- vide the application of chi-square test in the integrated navigation systems' failure detection with a new way.
