摘  要:在2008年奥运会的“绿色奥运”规划中提出2007年前北京市林木覆盖率将达到50%等系列规划方案.因此,实时、快速地获取北京市森林覆盖率,可为北京市规划、建设森林生态环境提供基础数据及决策依据.该文以2002年Landsat/ETM+影像数据为基本信息源,借助遥感软件PCI Geomatica V8.2,研究了ETM+遥感影像应用于北京地区森林覆盖统计监测的最佳波段组合和融合处理技术,采用监督分类的方法提取森林覆盖类型、位置和面积信息,并对分类结果与传统调查方法数据进行比较和分析,对分类的精度进行了定性评价.研究结果表明:遥感监测采用先分类再分区县统计的方法可快速获得令人满意的分类结果;分区县的统计数据与传统调查数据相比波动较大,但整体相差不超过4%;Landsat/ETM+遥感影像适用于北京市这类区域型地域的森林覆盖率研究,北京市森林覆盖率为46.66%.'Green Olympics' programming of the Beijing Olympic Game in 2008 put forward that forest coverage in Beijing should reach 50% before 2007.Therefore,it is very important to get real-time data of Beijing forest coverage quickly,which will provide basic data and decision support for Beijing's city layout and forest ecology environment construction.Relying on the information source of 2002 Landsat/ETM+ image and digitized map,and adopting RS software of PCI Geomatica V8.2,this paper sudies the best spectrum band combination and fusion of ETM+ image for Beijing forest coverage monitoring,then gets style,position and area of forest coverage with supervision classification,and compares the classification result with that of traditional investigation method to qualitatively evaluate the classification precision.The result of this study indicates that it can acquire the satisfied classification result by adopting the method which divides area after classification.Compared with the traditional investigation data,the investigation data in different counties fluctuate greatly,but the whole discrepancy is not over 4%.Landsat/ETM+ image is applicable to Beijing or other regions whose terrain is similar with Beijing on foest coverage study,and the forest coverage of Beijing is 46.66%.
