摘　　要：随着人类基因组计划的迅猛发展,已有越来越多的 Y 染色体多态性遗传标记被发现,它们在探索人类起源、进化和迁移规律等方面,提供了非常有价值的遗传标记,同样在法医学中也有着广阔的应用前景．对 Y-DNA 的多态性及其相关应用的研究进展进行了综述．With the great development of Human Genome Project,more and more polymorphic markers of chromosome Y are present at high density in the genome.And they provide a valuable source of genetic markers for understanding the regularity of human origin,evolution and immigration.They are also found widespread application in identity discrimination and paternity testing.The Y chromosome polymorphic markers and their potential applications are described.
