摘　　要：高校班主任是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人。在大力加强大学生思想政治教育的新形势下,高校班主任要在工作中进一步科学定位,进行合理规划,富有特色地开展工作,增强工作的实效性,促进学生全面发展。Class-instructors in colleges and universities are important mentors to guide the undergraduates to grow and develop healthily.Under the new situation of consolidating students' ideological and political education,class-instructors should put themselves in a proper position,project their work in reason,form their work features and enhance the actual effect.Only in this way can we accelerate the all-around developments of the undergraduates.
