摘　　要：本研究试验了一种新的程序升温技术在管式炉红外碳硫分析中的应用。采用基准物质绘制工作曲线,通过试验确定了各种分析参数的设置,建立了用红外碳硫仪快速分析脱氧剂中碳化硅及游离碳含量的方法,本法操作简便、分析周期短,不仅结果令人满意,而且拓宽了红外碳硫仪的应用领域。The application of a new method for programmed temperature in infrared C and S analyzer is tested.Analytical curves are made with standards and parameters are set up through experiments.It is proved that silicon carbide and free C can be quickly determined with infrared C and S analyzer. The method is simple,fast and accurate and expands the application of infrared C and S analyzer.
