摘　　要：运用几何方法,推导了杯形砂轮铣磨二次曲面的数学模型和砂轮轨迹的计算公式。分析了加工残留误差,砂轮磨损以及砂轮倾角误差对面形精度的影响。Using geometric method, the mathematic model of grinding quadratic surface with cup wheel and the trace of the cup wheel are derived. The influences to the surface shape accuracy caused by the mismachining tolerance, the wear and the fixed angle of the cup wheel are analyzed.
