摘　　要：文章主要论述了西北地区发展数字艺术教育的潜力,在高校设置数字艺术专业的国际趋势,战略方针,并提出了框架性解决方案;同时引申出西北地区由此建成数字文化产业基地的可能,从而发扬光大中华传统文化之精神。This paper mainly discusses about the potential for the development of digital art education in western region, the international trend in and strategic guidelines for establishing digital art programs in higher education institutes, and puts forward a structural solution; and also foreshadows the possibility for establishing an industrial basis of digital culture in the northwest region so as to bring into full play the spirit of Chinese traditional culture.
