摘 要:本研究测定了蒙古羊和德国美利奴肉羊,道塞特肉羊,澳洲美利奴细毛羊Hoxc8全基因序列。蒙古羊与这3个外国品种的Hoxc8基因,只有内含子存在8个碱基差异。但是exon-1的甲基化模式存在极大差异。蒙古羊14枚胸椎个体的甲基化程度高于13枚胸椎个体。蒙古羊甲基化程度普遍高于外国品种。蒙古羊特有的可遗传甲基化位点共有6个(5,69,1,62,6,27),国外品种在这些位置不发生甲基化。并且,这6个位点的甲基化程度高低可能决定了第14枚胸椎的长短和骨化程度。Hoxc8 gene of Mongolian,German Merino,Dorset and Australian Merino were sequenced.Among these breeds,there were eight differences of the bases in the intron but much more varies on the methylation patterns in the exon-1 in the genes.The level of the methylation in 14 vertebrae individuals was higher than that in 13 vertebrae individuals for Mongolian sheep.Generally,the methylation level in the Mongolian sheep was higher than that in the other 3 foreign breeds.There were 6 methylation locations in Mongolian sheep only,but without any methylation in the same locations among the foreign breeds.The results indicated that the methylation level higher or lower for the 6 methylation locations could determined the length and bone strength.
