浅谈新形式下高校二级学院的办公室管理

摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的发展,作者结合本校的特点,提出高校从原先的系(部)级建制改为二级学院建制后办公室管理的新模式:从完善高校管理环节、以德才兼备为原则,树立办公室领导者的新权威、以制度化为基础,实现办公室管理的新规范、以素质教育为重点,打造办公室工作的新群体、以信息化管理为手段,实现办公室管理工作的新效率等方面进行了阐述,具有较为现实的意义。With the development of education in university, the author put forward a new office management about the transition from the department-based pattern to the secondary-institute-based one. It is significant and realistic for the pattern to consummate the management, build up the leading authority, establish the new system, improve the ability of the staff, and promote the work efficiency.
