摘 要:以紫花白、陇薯3号、大西洋为材料,对不同马铃薯品种锰素吸收、积累和分配进行研究。结果表明:马铃薯各器官锰含量以叶片最多,茎次之,块茎最少。随生育进程的推移,叶中锰素吸收量呈单峰曲线变化;茎中锰素吸收量变化平稳3,品种最大吸收量和出现时间不同;块茎中锰素吸收量在出苗后95 d达最大值2.15 mg/株。块茎增长期是吸锰最多最快的时期,平均吸收量和吸收速率分别为4.36 mg/株和0.141 mg/株.d,且各生育阶段锰素吸收数量和吸收速率均为陇薯3号>紫花白>大西洋。苗期锰素分布以茎叶为主,随生长中心的转移茎叶中锰逐渐向块茎转移,成熟时锰素运移率分别为:紫花白56.70%,陇薯3号41.90%,大西洋61.18%。每生产1 000 kg鲜薯平均吸锰7.40kg,生产效率为141.65,消耗系数0.002 9。A field experiment was conducted to study the uptake,accumulation and distribution of Mn with Zihuabai,Longshu NO.3 and Atlantic.The results indicated that difference existed in three potato varieties.Mn content was recognized as leave first,stem second and tuber last.As the growing of plant,accumulative uptake of Mn in leaves had a single apex.In stems it was steady and the peak and time-appearing were different.Accumulative uptake in tubers were increasing with the rising of dry matter,and got to 2.15mg/plant at 95d.The maximum of Mn phase uptake,rate and proportion appeared at the tuber expansion period,the average of uptake amount was 4.36 mg/plant,and average rate was 0.141mg/plant.d.It displayed Longshu NO.3ZihuabaiAtlantic at any growth period.Mn was mainly distributed in leaves and stems at seeding stage,and then it moved to tubers with the transfer of growth center.The rate of Mn transfer is Zihuabai 56.70%,Longshu NO.3 41.90% and Atlantic 61.18%.7.40g Mn is required when 1000kg tubers are produced,and the average Consumption coefficient was 0.002 9,average production efficiency was 141.65.
