摘　　要：为防止探望权的滥用,婚姻法规定了探望权的中止与恢复。人民法院应正确判断探望权人的探望行为是否影响子女的身心健康,严格按照法定程序作出裁定。中止探望的情形消失后,人民法院应当根据当事人的申请恢复其行使探望权。To avoid the abuse of the visitation right, marriage law has prescribed the termination and resumption of the visitation right. The court should correctly judge whether the visiting behaviors of the visitation right party have affected the piysical and mental health of the children and make the verdict strictly according to legal procedures. The court should also resume the exertion of the visitation right based on the application from the party after the invalidation of the termination of visitation condition.
