摘  要:以氨水、氯乙酸为原料,自制催化剂,常压下合成氨基乙酸。考察了催化剂的制备因素对催化反应性能的影响,得到了合成氨基乙酸的适宜反应条件。催化剂制备为:提取钼和贵金属的剩余物,用1mol/L的硫酸溶液浸泡1小时,再经焙烧和还原得催化剂(焙烧温度为:500-550℃,氢气还原温度为250-300℃)。实验结果表明:在反应温度为75℃时,催化剂用量为氯乙酸质量的3%,反应原料质量比为“(氨水):n(氯乙)=2.5:1.0的条件下产品收率为87%以上,纯度为99.5%。Under ordinary pressure, take ammonia water and chloroethanoic acid as materials, and add catalyst which is made by our own,we can get aminoacetic acid. This article researches the influence of catalyst preparation to catalytic performance and obtain suitable conditions of synthesizing aminoacetic acid. The catalyst preparation is to collect molybdenum and residue of noble metal, soak them in sulphuric acid of Imolk for an hour,and then will form catalyst after reduction roasting(The temperature of roasting is 500-550℃,and the temperature of reducing hydrogen is 250-300℃). The results of the experiment manifest that when the temperature is 75℃, under the condition that the amount of catalyst is 3% of the quality of chloroethanoic acid, the quality rate of materials is ncammonia water:n(chloroethanoic alid) =2.5:1.0, the output will be above 87% , and the rate of purity will be 99.5%.
