摘　　要：医学创新教育已成为全球高等医学教育改革的重要目标,因此,从创新教育中教师身份的转换入手,探索知识经济时代学生创新意识与能力的培养途径与方法,具有十分重大的意义。高等医学院校教师在创新教育中的身份应该是学生创新潜能的释放者、学生参与教育的合作者、学生身心发展的同行者。Innovative education in medicine has been one of the key objectives in the global higher medical education.Thus,in this knowledge economy era,change of teachers'role has been of significant importance tO explore an advisable approach to in- spire students'awareness of innovation and acquisition of competence.Teachers'role should become an inspirer who helps stu- dents release their potentials,a coordinator who adjusts students'participation in learning,and a witness who sees students' growth both in physical and mental well-being.
