摘　　要：中等卫校升格到高等教育体系,随着办学层次的提高,对师资也提出了新的要求。目前升格后学校的师资现况与高等教育较强的专业性、研究性、创造性及高层次的特点存在着一定的差距,为此必须针对存在的问题,采取相应措施,提高中专师资队伍的整体素质,适应高等教育的要求。Many medical schools updated from middling education to tertiary level,which calls for an urgent improvement a- mong teaching staff since ternary education focuses more on specialization,research ability and innovative power.Correspond- ing measures should be taken to improve the all-round quality of teaching staff and shorten the margin between the two levels of education.
