摘　　要：本文针对发展市场经济条件下,我国公民道德建设在某些行为严重缺失的现象,提出了高校思想品德课突出"信"的教育的重要性,并提出"信"教育具有"诚信、信念、信仰"三个层次的理念。According to the developing market economy and building the phenomenon lacked seriously in some behaviors in citizen's morals of our country.The author propose that the importance of education in university and also point out that sincere have three levels:Honest,faith,Belief.It has important realistic meanings to help students establish the correct World Outlook,Outlook of Life and Outlook of Values.
