摘　　要：如何使医学科研工作的试验效应得到充分显示,不受到极端值的影响,使试验结果具有真实性,充分体现实验设计中的可重复性的原则,合理的样本估量是必须的。用查表方法进行样本估量简单便捷,切实可行,仅需在查表前把握四个基本条件,然后按照统计学教材中的有关工具表进行查找,便可得到所需样本估量的数据。It is important to estimate reasonable size of the samples in advance.By this,the experimental eftect in medical researches can be fully indicated without the impairment of extremes,and the result of experiment is real and repeatable.The mastery of tables is thus quick and convenient.practical and feasible.Four basic conditions must be met before consulting the tables.The number of the size can be obtained from related tables in accordance with statistics textbook.
