摘　　要：提出一种四轴复合式自由曲面非接触测量系统,介绍了系统的组成及工作原理。阐述了该系统的两种测量功能,即回转式测量和多角度平面测量,并给出了测量实例。最后分析了系统的测量精度,实验证明本系统的精度优于0.1mm。A four axis instrument for measuring free form surface is introduc ed in terms of configuration and non contact measuring principle. This system h as two measuring modes. One is the rotation scanning, another is the scanning at different direction. The measuring samples of the two modes are also presented. the test results show that the error of this system is less than 0.1mm.
