脑室外引流并尿激酶灌注治疗脑室内出血32例报告

摘　　要：目的 探讨脑室内出血积极快速有效的治疗措施。方法 应用脑室外引流并尿激酶灌注治疗32例脑室内出血。结果 引流时间5～12d,平均8d,术后随访3～6月,日常生活完全恢复者16例,部分恢复者9例,需要帮助者4例,死亡6例。其中死亡中肺部感染3例,上消化道出血1例,全身衰竭2例。结论 对于重度脑室内出血,积极行脑室外引流术,然后结合尿激酶灌注纤溶血肿,从本组病例疗效来看是抢救脑室内出血的一种快速有效治疗方法。Objective To investigate an effective and rapid method for the treatment of intraventicle hemorrhage. Method Ventricle drainage and urodinase perfusion were applied in 32 patients. Result Drainage time was 5~12 days and the average time was 8 days,the follow-up time was 3~6 months. 16 cases were completely cured,9 cases partly recovered,4 cases couldn' t live a normal life,6 cases died. In the died group,3 died of phemonia,1 died of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage,2 died of multiple organ failure(MOF). Conclusion According to these cases,ventricle drainage and urokinase perfusion was an rapid and effective method for the treatment of severe ventricle hemorrhage.
