摘　　要：针对田径教学中存在的诸多模糊认识 ,遵循运动技能形成规律 ,树立现代教学思想 ,探索田径技术教学改革的方法。Compared with many hazy understanding existing in teaching of track and field technique we comply with the rules in forming sports technical ability, adopt the idea of modern teaching and seek reform of teaching of track and field technique.
