摘　　要：资本运营是与传统生产经营相对应提出的一种经营模式，具有其特殊的运作方式．主要从资本市场，产权市场两个方面归纳和划分资本运营的形式。Capital operation is a new management pattern which is put forward comparatively with tradi tional manufacture pattern.it has a special movement manner.The Paper sums up and compartmentalizes capital operation types from the point of view of the capital market and property market, puts forward the ptactical types of purchasing enterprises.
