摘　　要：人类社会已经进入崭新的２１世纪，这是充满激烈竞争的时代，如若使自己在此竞争中处于不 败之地，人才素质教育是非常关键的．在与传统教育模式进行对比的基础上，结合学校的实际情 况，提出了实施素质教育的新思路、新方法．为提高素质教育的水平，进行了有益的探讨．The human society has entered into 21st centry, which is a centry full of intensive competition. If we want to stand on the success point in the competition, quality education is the indispensable choice. On the basis of contracting with traditional education pattern combining the practical situation of economics and management, this paper provides the new ideas and methods of implementing quality education and makes a benefical exploration for improving the level of quality-education as well.
