摘 要:研制了一种固定化细胞气升式内循环生物反应器 ,在处理含糖废水的同时生产单细胞蛋白 (SCP) .在与游离细胞处理废水进行了比较后 ,分别求出了两种方法的比生长速率和COD降解速率常数 ,其中固定化细胞降解COD的速率比游离细胞高出 1.5倍 .考察了氮源对废水COD降解和细胞生长的影响 ,实验表明 ,适当添加一些尿素可以促进含糖废水COD的降解 .进行了连续处理废水的实验 ,其有机物负荷最高可达到 15kg(COD) / (m3·d) .A new kind of bioreactor with cells immobilized onto ceramic honeycomb support was developed, and it was used to treat wastewater with sacchariferous and produce SCP at the same time. The treatment of wastewater by immobilized cells was compared with by the free cells, and the parameters of COD removal and cell proliferation were obtained respectively. As a result, the rate of COD removal by immobilized cells was as 2.5 times as that by the free cells. The influence of nitrogen source on COD removal and cell proliferation was discussed. When 0.3% of nitrogen was added into the wastewater, the rate of COD removal was promoted. Continuous treatment of the wastewater was carried out and the maximum organic loading was 15?kg(COD)/(m 3·d).
