晋城地区5475例围产期新生儿出生情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨我地区新生儿出生情况、疾病状况及其相关因素,为提高我市围产期新生儿健康水平,降低新生儿出生缺陷率、窒息发生率和死亡率提供科学依据。方法;对我市城、郊二区五所医院96～98年住院分娩的新生儿状况进行回顾性调查,根据病历资料记录的有关内容进行分项统计并用TSP软件包对有关数据进行统计学处理,最后按相关系数确定相关因素并按其密切程度进行排序。结果:调查显示我市新生儿出生缺陷率、神经管畸形发生率、窒息率和死亡率均明显高于国内报道数据。男、女婴比例不均衡,婚前检查和孕期保健、围产期保健处于国内低水平。结论:分析结果表明我市围产期母、婴健康状况不容乐观,“削峰工程”任务繁重,建议政府和卫生行政部门高度重视,加大宣传和投资力度,多方协作,群防群治,尽最大努力改善孕期妇女和新生儿健康状况。Objective: Our purpose is to go further into the birth state,diseases and other relative factors of the newborn babies, so thatit can provide scientific basis for raising the newborn babies'health standards and reducing the rates of their physical de-fects, asphyxia and death. Method: Review the parturition inver-stigation of the newborn in five hospitals of the city proper andthe suburbs from 1996 - 1998. count the relative contents itemby item according to the medical records, and handle the datastatisticly by using TSP package of software. Then, decided therelative factors by the relative coefficient, and put them in line by intimate degrees. Results: The investigation shows that therate of physical defects, cerebromedullary tube malformation, as-phyxia and death of newborn birth records are obviously higherin our city than the internal records. The proportion of male andfemale babies loses its balance. The degrees of marital tealth ex-amination and the women health protection of perinatal andpregnancy are much lower in our country. Conclusion: The re-sult shows that the health state of perinatal mother and babyisn't satisfied The goverment and the public health bureau mustpay more attention to it. And a wide publicity and more invest-ment are needed. We must do our best to improve this state ofhealth about pregnant women and newborn babies.
