摘　　要：目的:探讨胃癌、胃溃疡和胃炎AgNOR_s的分布规律和价值。方法:通过细胞内AgNOR_s形态定量观察,了解胃癌、胃溃疡和胃炎的变化规律,并进行统计学对比分析。结果:AgNOR_s数量、大小和分布在胃癌、胃溃疡和胃炎中差异明显(P<0.01)。结论:细胞内AgNOR_s形态定量分析在胃癌、胃溃疡和胃炎及胃良恶性病变的鉴别诊断有重要意义。Objective: To exolore distributional rule and value of AgNOR_s in gastric cancer, gastric ulcer andgastritis. Methods: With morphological quantitative observation endocell AgNOR_s to recognize the change rule of gastric cancer, gastric ulcer and gastritis, and make statistics anlysis. Results: There were signidicant differencein quantity, size and distribution of AgNOR_s of gastric cancer, gastric ulcer and gastritis. Conlusions: There are importance significane in diagnose gastric cancer, gastric ulcer and gastritis of endocell AgNOR_s.
