摘　　要：目的 :探讨下肢骨端的低度恶性肿瘤的治疗。主法 :运用血管介入治疗及瘤段切除和人工关节置换进行综合系列治疗。结果 :既进行了肿瘤局部的灌注化疗 ,又进行了肿瘤的血管栓塞。结论 :该方法既杀死了肿瘤细胞 ,同时又让肿瘤组织自行缺血坏死 ,达到了切除肿瘤 ,保全肢体 。Our studies evaluated the treatment of low grade malignant bone tumors of lower limbs.Methods:All patiemts were treated with a comprehensive series of vascular intervention therapy,tumor segment resection,and prosthetic replacement.Results:In this treatment procesure,not only tumor regional perfusion thercapy was performed,but also tumor nutrient vessels were embolized.Conclusion:This method would not only kill tumor cells,but also causes tumor tissucs ischcmic necrosis.As a result it reserves complete limb and increases the survival rate.
