摘　　要：随着网络与计息资源的广泛的应用，高校图书馆也开始越来越注重信息化的建设，这也为高校图书馆提出了更高、更新的要求与挑战。为此，本文对提高信息时代背景下高校图书馆馆员素质必要性、现阶段高校图书馆馆员的素质现状以及如何提高高校图书馆馆员素质的措施，希望促进图书馆各项工作的全面的发展。As the network resources with a wide range of bearing applications,university libraries have begun to increasingly focus on the construction of information,which is a higher university library to update the requirements and challenges.In this paper,to improve the information age,the quality of the context of the need for university librarians,university librarians at this stage the status quo and how to improve the quality of university librarians measure the quality,hope to promote the work of a comprehensive library of development.
